Lauren Farwell serves the Manhattan area and the surrounding communities. Her favorite thing about real estate is the people that she meets and the relationships that she builds with clients that she now gets to call friends. Buying or selling a home is such a huge step in life and not something to be taken lightly. Lauren works incredibly hard to make that process easy, fun, and stress free.

She was born and raised in Manhattan, so she knows the area very well. After graduating high school, she received her Bachelors of Elementary Education from Kansas State University. She then began teaching kindergarten at Jefferson Elementary School in Fort Riley. During this time, she received her Masters of Education from Baker University. Lauren taught kindergarten for five years and absolutely loved those little kids and could not believe the amount that they learned in the short school year; it was amazing. Teaching in Fort Riley, she was able to learn so much about the military lifestyle through these families. Once starting a family of her own, she decided to take a huge leap of faith and make a career change. During her last year of teaching, she studied hard and got her real estate license and began her new career as a Realtor. Nine years later, she couldn’t be more thankful for the decision that she made. Real estate is truly her passion and calling.

After receiving many requests from past clients about property management, Lauren decided to start her own property management company. Fast forward a few years later and that business has taken off and she loves being able to provide that service for those people that are wanting to build their investment portfolio.

Lauren's other passion is her three children; Easton, Kendall, and Lucas.
Their family lives out in the country on a small farm with their dogs, cats, cows, and chickens. Her husband, Eric, is a sixth grade teacher at Riley County Grade School. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, camping, traveling with her family, cheering on K-State, and spending time with friends and family. She cannot wait to help you!
